Although Blogger does not provide a classic XML Sitemap, an alternative is to use a built-in Atom RSS feed as the Sitemap.
The following template demonstrates how to get my site's feed URL from Blogger:
https://dailyengineeringjobwaves.blogspot.com/atom.xml?redirect=false&start-index=1&max-results=500
